Race starts earlier than in previous years. Kids ½ mile at 8:30 am, 5K, 10K at 9:15 am.
Chip registration ends at 8:30am. You can still register after 8:30 am, but you will not receive a chip and be eligible for race prizes.
If you have any extra running shoes or clothing please bring them to the race and donate them. Tesoro will collect them and donate them to Clothes for the Cause, a company that collects unwanted clothing and shoes and turns them into cash for fundraising organizations. Starting and ending at the Anacortes Tesoro refinery, your entry includes a free picnic lunch (hot dog, chips, and drink) after the race.

Directions to the starting area: Turn off I-5 at Exit 230 (Burlington) to Anacortes. Heading West, follow Highway 20 for 12 miles to March Point Road. Turn right (North) at light and follow signs.

Whidbey Island Airbase Open House
NAVAL AIR STATION WHIDBEY ISLAND, Wash. – Naval Air Station Whidbey Island will hold an Open House on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Ault Field from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. As part of the Open House, the base will also host an EA-6B Prowler Sundown event that will highlight the naval history of this iconic aircraft.
